About the work from home Job/Internship:

The successful candidate will work in lock-step with the sales team, marketing team, content team, and Support team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Use CRM to check daily work and prioritize important follow-ups
2. Perform Outbound calls to potential customers, understand their learning requirements, and recommend specific training as per their career aspiration
3. Follow up with prospective leads and drive them to closure, working in collaboration with project managers and team leads to reach daily targets
4. Report output on a daily basis
5. Update all the important logs, records about customer's interactions in CRM

Basic Qualifications:
1. Requires freshers/bachelor's degree 4th-year students from an engineering institute in computer science, electronics, mechanical, chemical, info science, or MBA from a premier institute
2. Strong commitment to exceptional customer experience, enthusiasm to drive closure, and persuasive ability. Ability to work in high-pressure
3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

1. Laptop or desktop, Mobile phone with a high-speed broadband internet connection at home
2. Must commit to working a minimum of 40 hours per week
3. Flexible enough to operate in Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts(it will remain fixed
4. Maintaining work decorum, discipline as per edureka WFH guidelines
5. Being available for communication throughout the day

Compensation and Employee Benefits During Internship:

• He/She will get a fixed stipend of INR 9000 plus incentive per sales.
  • Total Earning can range from INR 9000 to INR 12000* per month
  • Sales incentives will be paid @INR 200 per sales
  • Shift allowance ( as applicable)

Post Completion of Internship:
* He/she will join as Associate Inside Sales Manager (Full-time Role) with a CTC of 3.15 L
including sales incentive.
* As a Sales trainee, he/she will be eligible for other benefits i.e.
  • Insurance cover
  • Shift allowance ( as applicable)
  • Gratuity
  • Provident fund
• Stipend or Salary, is payable in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practice and
subject to applicable withholding taxes.

* Amount may vary depending upon actual sales number
